Children in Lebanon have felt the crushing anxiety of war for months, and now our worst nightmare is becoming a reality. Airstrikes across multiple densely populated areas in Lebanon have left children and families killed, injured, and fleeing for their lives.

At least 1 million people have been uprooted from their homes.

Since October 2023, Save the Children has supported 71,000 people in Lebanon, including 36,000 children, with life-saving aid. We stand ready to scale up our response to the escalating situation.

But we need your help. With additional funds, we can:

distribute essential relief items, including water, hygiene kits, blankets, mattresses, and solar lights,
upgrade shelters and improve water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities,
provide food parcels, cash for essentials, and play materials for children,
set up family tracing and reunification services for separated children,
offer psychological first aid and train local responders in basic mental health support
